Terms of Service
Last updated: September 24, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Upstate SC Buyers website and any cash-offer request you submit. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the form.
Who we are
Upstate SC Buyers buys land in Greenville, Spartanburg, and Cherokee counties for its own account. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage, and we do not act as your agent or represent you in any transaction. After you submit the form, we will call you back from an (864) number.
The website is informational
Content on this site is general information about selling land for cash. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice. South Carolina real estate closings are handled by a licensed attorney. You should get your own advice if you need it.
Offer requests are not a contract
Submitting the form or receiving an offer does not obligate you to sell and does not obligate us to buy. An offer is an invitation to discuss a possible purchase. A sale happens only if both sides sign a written purchase agreement and close under South Carolina law.
We aim to follow up in as little as 48 hours, but that is a goal, not a guarantee. Offers can change if we learn new facts about title, access, taxes, acreage, or the condition of the land.
Your information
You agree that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge. How we handle that information is described in our Privacy Policy. By submitting the form you also agree we may contact you by phone, text, or email about your land. That consent is not a condition of any sale. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to end texts or tell us on a call to stop contacting you.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to:
- Submit false, misleading, or another person's information without authority
- Attempt to break, scrape, or overload the site
- Send spam or unrelated solicitations
No warranties
The site is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it will always be available, error-free, or that any estimated timeline or example outcome will apply to your parcel.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Upstate SC Buyers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from an offer that is not accepted or does not close. Some states do not allow certain limits, so part of this section may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in South Carolina courts, except where the law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we revise them.
